Orphanage HomesSTOF provides each rescued child a safe place to call home, as well as food, clothing, medical care and all the daily needs children have.
We have one home for infant babies, one home for elementary school age kids and those attending high school, we also have two hostels for girls and one hostel for boys. Each of our homes has one matron who lives with the children. Also, some of our college students live and work in the homes during holidays. We have other children we support, but they stay with their relatives. Some of these children are not doing the best, but since our homes are full, we just hope that soon we will be able to build another home for them. |
We would like to be able to take in and care for more children. Help us and be a part of helping children find homes and the care they need. We are currently renting space for the home for our babies, but we would love to be able to build a permanent home for our babies.

Golden Gate Secondary school maintains a very high rating when compared in National testing with other schools similar size in Ruvuma Region. The high quality of instruction adequately prepares our 10th grade graduates for high school.
Our school currently has four classrooms, a science laboratory, library, kitchen and dining hall. We still need 4 more classrooms and one more chemistry/physics lab.
Our school creates opportunities for orphans and vulnerable children, and especially for girls from the villages. It is also open to the public and providing opportunities for children who are not orphans.
STOF does not have 11 and 12 grades, so our students must enroll for High School in other cities throughout Tanzania in order to receive eligibility for college enrollment. |
Your donations will help us build 4 more classrooms and one chemistry/physics lab. This will enable the school to provide more opportunities for more children.

College Graduates have overcome many obstacles to success. The sponsors who have invested in them from an early age, as well as the hard work and perseverance of the students, is a cause for great celebration!
If you would like to help us with this project you will be supporting the children who will be our future.

STOF staff work together with children just like one big family, growing food, like corn, beans and sweet potatoes which are among our staple foods in Tanzania. We also introduced a vegetable garden, where each high school student grows the vegetables they like. This has really helped a lot to be able to cut down on the cost of food and also to grow organically.
What we need for our garden & farming projects:Your donation will help us improve our farming technology.
